Hotel Vibra Marco Polo I - Adults Only, San Antonio (Ibiza)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, but there was some mold on the wall. The service was good overall, with a clean cafe/shop and okay breakfast choices, but they couldn't accommodate room changes immediately and had limited room cleaning hours. The location was convenient, close to the beach and with easy access to the bus station, but there were some issues with worker occupancy at the pool area. The dining options were varied but not all dishes met expectations. Despite some shortcomings, the price paid offered good value for money.

The hotel offers spacious and newly refurbished rooms with convenient amenities like fridges, flatscreen TVs, and free safe and air conditioning until 10 am the next morning, a rare find in Ibiza. The service is a mix of helpful and friendly interactions with some staff seeming disinterested. The location is fantastic with great music, a vibrant bar, and easy access to the beach and bus station, although pool area availability can be affected. The dining experience is varied but may not suit all tastes. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with a good value for money.

I had a great stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with a super comfy bed and an amazing shower. The pool area was spotless, although a bit quiet during my visit. The staff was constantly cleaning, which kept everything immaculate. The breakfast had a good variety but some items like sausages and bacon weren't to my taste.
